Summer is around the corner and everyone is dying to get back to that "perfect body". Many gym facilities across the world are over flowing with people, swimsuit are flying off the shelves and crash diets are in full effect. Here are a few tips that can get the everyday person back to slaying beaches.
1) Drink tons of water! Especially alkaline water! Alkaline water is very essential to the body. It encourages hydration, acts as an antioxidant, betters the immune system and balances the body's pH. Water sounds like a cliche, however, alkaline water detoxifies the body from the inside out and will produce great health benefits.
2) NO CRASH DIETS! All diets work, but for how long? It is imperative that you just don't make crash diets a "go-to" habit. Achieving a summer body is about making a lifestyle change. Exercise a least 30 minutes a day. Eat small portions 5-7 times a day (Eat every 2-3 hrs, alternating meals and snacks). Eating every 2-3 hours will boost your metabolism and help you burn calories at a faster rate.
3) Keep your hair and make-up done! Of course I don't mean full glam make-up everyday, but look as good as you can. Why? When you look good you feel good! Looking good promotes energy, happiness and productivity. There is no other feeling like waking up in the morning and getting ready to slay your day. It creates a positive feeling that evokes a readiness to make every daily activity effective and efficient. In return, your days don't feel as long and they feel as if you accomplished more.
